For DTF transfers on apparel
- Wait 24 hours after pressing before the first wash
- Turn the garment inside out
- Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle
- Use a mild detergent — no bleach, no fabric softener
- Tumble dry low, or hang dry
- Do not iron directly on the design. If you need to press wrinkles out, turn the garment inside out or cover the design with a cloth
- No dry cleaning
Pressed and cared for properly, a DTF print will typically outlast the garment it’s on.
For UV DTF stickers
- Let a new application sit 24 hours before washing
- Hand wash only — no dishwasher
- Avoid abrasive scrubbers and harsh solvents
- Don’t soak
